Anthony Parchment is the Broker-Owner, REALTOR®, and Property Manager behind TriPoint Realty & Property Management, a Las Vegas real estate brokerage built on trust, financial accountability, and responsive service.

Born in Jamaica, Anthony understands that finding the right home is about more than a property—it is about establishing roots and creating a sense of belonging. After relocating to Las Vegas with his wife in 2010, he experienced the excitement and pride of becoming a first-time homeowner. That experience helped inspire his passion for real estate and his commitment to helping others confidently make Las Vegas their home.

Anthony began his real estate career in 2015 and expanded into full-time property management in 2016. Since then, he has personally managed approximately 150 residential properties throughout his career. Today, he directly manages a personal portfolio of approximately 60 properties while providing broker-level oversight for approximately 215 properties managed through TriPoint Realty & Property Management.

His property-management experience includes single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and multifamily properties throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Centennial Hills, Southern Highlands, Mountains Edge, and Boulder City. Anthony works with local, out-of-state, and international property owners who depend on him to help protect their investments and navigate the responsibilities of owning rental property in Nevada.

Before entering real estate, Anthony developed more than 15 years of experience in security and business management. He also earned an associate degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. This background gives him a disciplined approach to risk management, financial accountability, problem-solving, and the careful oversight of properties and client funds.

Anthony founded TriPoint Realty & Property Management to create a brokerage where integrity, communication, and accountability guide every decision. He believes property owners and residents deserve confidence that funds will be handled responsibly, vendors will be paid promptly, concerns will receive timely attention, and problems will be addressed before they become more costly.

Clients value Anthony’s honesty, responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to communicate clearly—even when a conversation involves difficult decisions. He is committed to providing practical guidance regarding Nevada property-management requirements and helping owners understand what may be necessary to preserve the condition, safety, and long-term value of their investments.

Although property management is his primary specialty, Anthony also assists real estate investors, buyers, sellers, first-time homeowners, and clients relocating to the Las Vegas Valley. Having moved from Jamaica to Florida and later to Las Vegas, he understands the challenges and opportunities that come with relocating across a city, the country, or the globe. His goal is to help every client move forward with realistic expectations, clear information, and confidence in the decisions they make.

Outside of real estate, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and family, supporting his children in track and field, cross-country, volleyball, and youth football, and maintaining his lifelong connection to soccer through his Jamaican upbringing.
